Affiliate Program Terms And Conditions

By enrolling in and participating in our Affiliate Program, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before applying. By proceeding with your application, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

The legal entity behind this program is Viper Sleeves, located at 2036 N Gilbert Rd STE 2 #510, Mesa, AZ 85213. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism, transparency, and trust. You will be dealing with a legitimate business entity that follows all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Registration

To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration process, which may include the following:

  • Review Process: Your application will be reviewed manually to ensure eligibility. We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet our criteria.
  • Means of Communication: We will communicate with you primarily through email.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your application or termination of your affiliate status.
  • Eligibility Criteria: We may require affiliates to meet certain qualifications, such as:
    • Ownership and use of our products.
    • Active participation in a relevant market or niche.
    • A certain size or engagement of audience (e.g., social media following, website traffic).


We do not accept applications from websites, businesses, or individuals involved in any illegal, unethical, or questionable activities. Additionally, we retain the right to reject any application for any reason, at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Commission Rates and Payments

Affiliates will earn commissions based on the following conditions:

  • Commission Structure: Commissions may be a flat fee or a percentage of sales, and may be one-time or recurring. Some 3D printed products may be excluded from commissions. 
  • Cookie Duration: The duration of the cookie tracking period will be specified at the time of registration but may be changed at our discretion.  
  • Refunds and Money-Back Guarantees: If a customer refunds or cancels a purchase, any earned commissions for that transaction will be reversed.
  • Minimum/Maximum Payouts: We may set minimum or maximum payout thresholds, which will be communicated to affiliates.
  • Payment Timeline: Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, following a minimum of a 30 day return window. Affiliates may request early payments for commissions due that have cleared the 30 day window.  
  • Payment Method: Payments will be made through store credit, PayPal, or bank transfer.
  • Payment Currency: Payments will be made in USD. 
  • Personal Purchases: Affiliates may not use their affiliate link for personal purchases.


Tax Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for complying with any tax laws applicable in their country of residence. We do not withhold taxes, and the affiliate assumes full responsibility for reporting earnings and paying any taxes due.

3. Permitted and Restricted Promotional Methods

Affiliates are expected to promote our products in a manner consistent with our brand and values. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam: Unsolicited emails, messages, or other forms of communication promoting our affiliate links.
  • Brand Misrepresentation: Using misleading or false information in marketing efforts.
  • Paid Advertising for Affiliate Link: Affiliates are prohibited from using paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads) to promote their affiliate links.
  • Coupon Websites: Affiliates may not use coupon websites or discount sites to promote their links.

Again, this is not an exhaustive list and we reserve the right to terminate your account whenever we consider your promotional activities are not aligned with our business values.

Any violation of these prohibited practices will result in immediate termination of the affiliate’s account and the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

If unsure whether a promotional method is acceptable, affiliates should contact us for clarification before proceeding.

Permitted Promotional Methods:

Affiliates are encouraged to promote our products through methods such as:

  • Giving your affiliate link directly to your friends or potential customers that might be interested in Viper Sleeves;
  • Writing a review on your blog or website about Viper Sleeves and linking to our product with your affiliate link (or other provided creative asset);
  • Writing an article on your blog or website on a subject from the affiliate marketing niche and linking to our product with your affiliate link (or other provided creative asset);
  • Using your social media accounts to share your affiliate link with your audience (side note: make sure this is a practice permitted by the respective social network and that you comply with their Terms and Conditions as well);
  • Promoting your affiliate link in emails, so long as the recipient is already a customer or subscriber of your services or website and they have the option to remove themselves from future mailings;
  • Podcast mentions of your affiliate link and/ or discount code.
  • Content Creation channels such as YouTube, Twitch, or other media outlets. 

 

4. Affiliate Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account at our discretion for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Discontinuation or restructuring of the affiliate program.
  • Inactive affiliates or affiliates who no longer align with our brand or products.
  • Affiliates engaging in any prohibited promotional practices.


Affiliates may terminate their account at any time for any reason by notifying us in writing.

We may also suspend an affiliate account until any issues leading to termination are resolved.

5. Conclusion

By joining our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you are not an employee of Viper Sleeves and do not have authority to act on behalf of the company. This agreement is non-exclusive, and you retain the right to work with other businesses or affiliate programs.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If changes are made, affiliates will be notified and asked to review and accept the updated agreement. The date of the last update will be provided below.
