By using or accessing the Viper Sleeves website in any way, viewing or browsing the site, or adding your own content to the site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Viper Sleeves website and all of the sites original content are the sole property of Magic Mafia LLC and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Termination

Magic Mafia LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Viper Sleeves website without any advance notice.

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States.

Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customer.support@vipersleeves.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:
● Wholesale Item Purchases

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Shipping charges will not be refunded with returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

Magic Mafia LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Incendiary website. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Viper Sleeves website after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Viper Sleeves website.
