Affiliate Program FAQ's
How much can I earn?
When it comes to earning, the sky is the the limit. If you earn it, we will pay it. We do not put caps on monthly or lifetime earnings. You have the full obligation to comply with any laws and taxes you might be subject to in your country of residence as a result of rendering affiliate services to us.
If an item gets returned, do I lose my commission?
We have a 14-day money back guarantee, therefore we only pay commissions that are older than 14 days and are not subject to any refunds.
How do you track referrals I send to you?
Standard cookie duration is 30 days. Therefore, the customer has a 30 day timeframe from the first time they clicked on your affiliate link to decide to make a purchase. You will be able to see in your affiliate account how many people have used your link to visit the site, and how many of those visits have resulted in a purchase.
Who earns the commission on referral orders?
Once a customer has made a purchase that was linked to your affiliate account, that customer is permanently associated with you. Any purchase they make going forward will result in you earning a commission as long as you have an active affiliate account. Customers can only be linked to one affiliate account.
How and when will I get paid for my referrals?
Once a commission is earned, payments are typically processed once a month for commissions that are eligible for payment. The default affiliate payment is store credit. If you would prefer to receive payment via PayPal, please send us a message to change your account settings.
Can I track my referrals and their purchases?
All activity on your account can be seen on your affiliate account dashboard.
What if someone I refer comes back later and makes a purchase without my link or coupon code?
Commissions will be awarded to the first affiliate link the customer used to come to the website as long as they still have an active cookie. If they do not, then a commission may not be awarded.
If the customer has made a purchase in the past and the customer was associated with your account, then you will still make a commission regardless of the current cookie status.
Do you offer custom coupon codes?
Once logged into your affiliate account, you can find your custom affiliate link, QR code download, and other items to help you get started. For content creators, and top affiliates we can generate a coupon code for you to share with your audience and friends. Please Contact Us to request a coupon code.

We offer free Economy Shipping shipping on Orders over $50.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We primarily ship USPS but may use UPS. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
What happens if my order gets lost?
We understand that sometimes an order can get lost. If an order does not arrive, please check the tracking information to see if it is still in transit. If the carrier has lost it, we will immediately send a replacement. If the carrier indicates the package was delivered, please contact us for either free or reduced replacement determined by outcomes.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We are Based in Mesa, Arizona, with a distribution centers in Mesa, AZ and Provo, UT.
Payments
What type of payments do you accept?
We take payments online using most major credit cards. We also accept PayPal Or Google Pay for payments.
Do you offer Payments over time or financing?
For larger orders we offer financing through PayPal, or Affirm.
For more information on financing terms please see the links to the providers during checkout or visit their respective websites. Financing is handled directly by the financing company and we are not able to offer any account help for financing. All questions should be directed to the finance company directly.
Can I store my credit card on your site in my account?
Credit card information may be stored to your account for future purchases. These numbers are not stored in our database or on our website. All credit card account information is stored securely with our credit card processor. We value your privacy and take every effort we can to safeguard your information.
Promotions, Sales, and Coupons
Do you offer sales, coupons, or promotions?
Occasionally we offer monthly sales and discounts. Check our home page for current offers.
From time to time we will include coupons with orders for future purchases. Check your order contents for coupons.
We offer great promotions for game shops. Are you holding a large event and need prize support? Contact Us and tell us about it. We’ll see what we can do for your players.

Can I combine Coupons and Discounts?
Promotions, Sales, and Coupons are good for a limited time only and are not retroactive. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes, sale items, or promotions. Minimum order value does not include gift voucher purchases, relevant tax amounts, or shipping costs. Some coupons have limits of one per person. For free items, please make sure your product selection is in your cart before you apply the coupon.For free shipping, amount in cart must meet the minimum required amount for free shipping after the promotion, sale, or coupon has been applied.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled up until they are marked as shipped. After that, orders will need to follow the returns process.

How can I contact you?
How do I recover a lost password or locked account?
If you forgot your password you can reset it here:
If you accidentally locked you account. You can wait 24 hours to try again, or contact us and we will unlock your account. You will need to request a new password using the above link if we unlock your account.
If your account has been locked due to password issues, please keep in mind you get three (3) failed attempts before your account is locked. Requesting a new password after the account is locked will not reset the 24 hour lockout cooldown and you will need to wait or contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is to help keep your account secure.
