The Copperhead Life Counter combines a black body with gray numbers on a two-wheel PLA dial built to track a full 00-99 range at a glance. Each wheel is held in place by a magnetic lock system, keeping your life total exactly where you set it even when the table gets crowded.
The two-wheel dial is sized for a quick glance and a quick adjustment, but it’s the magnetic lock underneath that actually matters during play: each wheel resists drifting from casual contact, so your tracked total stays trustworthy without you having to babysit it every turn.
A life counter is one piece of a full table setup. Pair this Copperhead counter with a Viper Sleeves playmat and a set of card sleeves for a matching, tournament-ready setup that looks as sharp as it plays.
What number range does it track? The two-wheel dial covers a full 00-99 range, enough for the vast majority of trading card and tabletop game formats.
Will the dial hold its position during play? Yes — the magnetic lock system is built specifically to resist accidental bumps and shifts from normal table handling.
Can I mix this with other Copperhead color combos at the same table? Absolutely — every Copperhead Life Counter uses the same size and mechanism, so any combination of body and number colors works together.
Browse the full lineup of body and number color combinations on our Copperhead Life Counters page. For more on how life totals and tracking fit into tabletop play generally, see Wikipedia’s overview of the collectible card game format.
PLA holds up well with basic care: keep it out of direct sunlight and high heat (a hot car dashboard is the main risk to any PLA part), wipe it down with a dry or lightly damp cloth rather than harsh cleaners, and store it loose in your deck box or bag rather than under heavy pressure.
Viper Sleeves is a family-run team based in Mesa, Arizona, building gear for the games we play ourselves. The Copperhead line is priced to make tracking your life total feel like an upgrade, not an afterthought, and the full range of body and number combinations means you can match it to your deck, your playmat, or just your favorite color.
