Hard Cores are our rigid inner sleeve, cut from 100% acid-free, PVC-free polypropylene at 64mm × 89mm with a double-thick 0.1mm-per-side wall — twice the thickness of our standard Viper Cores inner.
The added thickness gives cards more resistance to bending inside the sleeve stack than a standard inner, which matters for decks that get shuffled constantly. It’s a noticeably stiffer feel in hand, by design.
Pair these inners with a set of Snakeskin matte outer sleeves for full double-sleeve protection, and store the finished deck in one of our deck boxes.
How is this different from the Viper Cores inner sleeve? Hard Cores use a double-thick 0.1mm-per-side wall, roughly twice the thickness of our standard Viper Cores inner, for extra rigidity.
